{"598092":{"#nid":"598092","#data":{"type":"news","title":"Four Years Later: Measuring Progress on Campus Inclusivity ","body":[{"value":"\u003Cp\u003ENext month, Institute Diversity and Academic Effectiveness will start conducting climate surveys to gauge the Institute\u0026rsquo;s progress on building an inclusive, supportive, and welcoming environment for the campus community.\u0026nbsp;\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003EThe findings from the 2017 Climate Assessment Surveys will provide longitudinal data that will be analyzed and compared to the results from the Institute\u0026rsquo;s \u003Ca href=\u0022http:\/\/www.news.gatech.edu\/2013\/10\/28\/report-shares-campus-communitys-thoughts-diversity\u0022\u003E2013 Climate Assessment Surveys\u003C\/a\u003E.\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003E\u0026ldquo;The climate assessment survey comparisons will help us measure progress toward achieving the goals in our strategic plan and inform the Institute\u0026rsquo;s leadership about our strengths and opportunities to improve efforts with supporting a culture of collegiality, close collaboration, and professional development,\u0026rdquo; said Archie Ervin, vice president for Institute Diversity.\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003EBeginning the week of November 13, 2017, faculty and staff will receive an email that includes a link to their respective online survey.
