The article\u0026nbsp;\u0026ldquo;Who Is Helping after Hurricane Harvey?\u0026rdquo; was published on September\u0026nbsp;21 on the AEI website and was co-authored by Alex Brill, a resident fellow at AEI.\u0026nbsp;The School of Public Policy is a unit in the Ivan Allen College of Liberal Arts at Georgia Institute of Technology.\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003EGanz and Brill analyzed google searches that included terms suggesting an interest in donating to Hurricane Harvey relief efforts.
