Whether it is a fire drill, suspicious letter, threatening weather, chemical spill, etc, the real way to test your plan and people is to have an exercise! Participants will learn what drills to complete, how to do it and important coordinating factors. Participants will also learn the different types of exercises, as well as Institute-wide exercise plans. Finally, and perhaps most importantly, learn how to incorporate lessons learned into an improvement plan.
