Women earn pay that is significantly less on the dollar than men, and that loss in equal pay can cost a woman up to $1.2 million over the course of a lifetime. This workshop will help participants understand why the pay gap occurs, equip them with tools to assess their strengths, be their own best advocate and negotiate higher salaries at any stage of their career development.
