These are the questions behind research\u0026nbsp;by\u0026nbsp;Jennifer Clark and Thomas Lodato at Georgia Tech\u0026rsquo;s School of Public Policy.\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003EAssociate Professor Jennifer Clark\u0026nbsp;and Postdoctoral Fellow Thomas Lodato\u0026nbsp;are unlocking city data to examine aging or obsolete legacy systems that house budget and spending data for the City of Atlanta. They are digitizing the data\u0026nbsp;and migrating it to a more sustainable system. The data spans two decades starting in 1996.
