Caterpillar's Promise, Inc. and the Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. present the third annual What's Going On: A Concert for Social Justice. It will be Wednesday, Sept. 20, at 6:30 PM at the GA Tech Campanile. We will have concrete information about what's going on.
