West Village will also be the first building on campus to host Georgia Tech\u0026rsquo;s new compost and recycling program, aimed at diverting 75 percent of the building\u0026rsquo;s waste from landfills.\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003EThe building will be accessible to students 24 hours a day with their BuzzCard, giving them access to small group study rooms and lounge space whenever needed.
