  <title><![CDATA[Saturn’s Moon Added to List of Candidates for Supporting Life in Solar System]]></title>
  <body><![CDATA[<p>Vinyl cyanide sounds both deadly and stylish, and the lakes and seas of Saturn&#39;s moon Titan are filled with it, according to a new <a href="http://advances.sciencemag.org/content/3/7/e1700022">study</a>. Despite its&nbsp;scary&nbsp;name, the presence of vinyl cyanide in Titan&#39;s atmosphere actually makes the moon a potential candidate for harboring&nbsp;life. <a href="http://www.eas.gatech.edu/people/Britney_Schmidt">Britney Schmidt</a>, assistant professor in the School of Earth and Atmospheric Sciences, is quoted because of her research into Jupiter&#39;s moon Europa, the best candidate so far for supporting life elsewhere in the solar system.&nbsp;</p>
