{"593718":{"#nid":"593718","#data":{"type":"event","title":"Carbon Reduction Challenge Finalist Poster Expo","body":[{"value":"\u003Cp\u003EOver 10 student teams have worked diligently throughout the\u0026nbsp;summer to design, and implement wherever possible, a strategy to\u0026nbsp;reduce greenhouse gas emissions and save money for a large\u0026nbsp;variety of partner organizations, ranging from large corporations\u0026nbsp;to NGO\u0026rsquo;s to governmental. This summer, the students are on\u0026nbsp;track to achieve the largest set of reductions in the history of\u0026nbsp;the Challenge, accompanied by huge cost savings for their\u0026nbsp;partners.\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003EAs such, the student-led projects illustrate how public-private\u0026nbsp;partnerships can accelerate the identification of win-win\u0026nbsp;solutions that shrink carbon emissions while delivering economic\u0026nbsp;value.\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003EThe winners of the Carbon Reduction Challenge will be decided\u0026nbsp;based on i) the amount of carbon emissions avoided (whether\u0026nbsp;actual or potential), and ii) the level of awareness fostered\u0026nbsp;through the project.
