Swire\u0026#39;s comments were in regard to his concern about the privacy logistics within the WHOIS process.\u0026nbsp;\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003ENeither\u0026nbsp;Mueller nor Swire are strangers to internet policy. In 2004, Mueller co-founded the aforementioned Internet Governance Project, which he co-directs to this day.
