The program will be designed to allow you to track the following three activities: steps walked, sleep, and self-compassion. Simply set up your Fitbit or Jawbone device to the HealthTrails app and take on the virtual challenge for automatic tracking of your steps walked. 

]]> Registration is now open for the USG Summer Health Trails tracking competition until July 17.This competition among encourages students and employees to participate in a 300-mile virtual competition where they track steps, sleep, and self-compassion.
