  <title><![CDATA[Elevator Detour for Pettit Building (MiRC)]]></title>
  <body><![CDATA[<p>The existing elevator in the Pettit Microelectronics Research Center (MiRC) is undergoing renovations and machinery replacements. This work will require anyone needing elevator access to the first and second floors of Pettit to use the elevators in the Klaus Building or Van Leer Building and then utilize bridges to connect to the Pettit Building. Detailed instructions are posted further down this page.</p>

<p>1st Floor Access Instructions:&nbsp;<br />
Take the elevator in Klaus Building to 3rd floor. Exit elevator and proceed across the binary bridge, upon exiting the bridge the Pettit building will be on the left. Proceed to enter the side or front entrance of the Pettit building 1st floor.<br />

2nd Floor Access:<br />
In the Van Leer Building, take the elevator to the 3rd floor. Exit the elevator and proceed through the covered walk connecting the Van Leer building to the Pettit building 2nd floor.</p>
