<p>David Engerman, Professor of History at Brandeis University, will present&nbsp;&ldquo;<em>Development Politics: The Economic Cold War in India.&rdquo;</em></p>

<p>Dr. Engerman teaches courses in modern American diplomatic and intellectual history as well as historiography. His current research focuses on superpower aid competition in India during the Cold War.</p>
