The keynote lecture will be by Bruno Gencarelli, the European Commission official responsible for data exchanges and protection.  He will speak on “Achieving Individual Privacy and International Security Cooperation in a Shifting Landscape.” The keynote lecture will take place at 11 a.m. in the Scheller College of Business, Room 200.
