This moves the needle past what will not happen and refocuses attention on what will happen. \u0026nbsp;\u003C\/li\u003E\r\n\t\u003Cli\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EGain visible sponsorship from leaders\u003C\/strong\u003E - Enlisting the active support of project champions and ambassadors to help campaign for the initiative is a critical factor for successful change.\u003C\/li\u003E\r\n\t\u003Cli\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EEngage and empower people\u003C\/strong\u003E - Involving those impacted by the change allows people to be a part of the process and gain a sense of ownership in the improvements.\u003C\/li\u003E\r\n\t\u003Cli\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EEvaluate processes and structure\u003C\/strong\u003E - Achieving organizational improvement often requires adjusting how an organization operates on a daily basis.
