Sign as the Radiation Worker, and have your Authorized User (AU) sign as the AU (this is whoever owns the radioactive material\u0026nbsp;you\u0026rsquo;ll be using).\u0026nbsp; Bring this completed Form B with you to the training.\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003E2. Click\u0026nbsp;\u003Ca href=\u0022http:\/\/fac-ehs.fac.gatech.edu\/EHSAWeb\/EHSAWebISAPI.dll?TrainingSessionRegistration=True\u0022\u003Ehere\u003C\/a\u003E\u0026nbsp;to access the training sign up page.\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003E3. Enter your GT ID or name and click \u0026ldquo;Submit\u0026rdquo;.\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003E4. If your name shows up, click \u0026ldquo;Select\u0026rdquo; next to your name.\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003E5. If your name does not show up, click on the button for a new worker and fill in all of the fields.\u0026nbsp; Some fields have a magnifying glass to click on and select from a list.\u0026nbsp; Click \u0026ldquo;Submit\u0026rdquo; when the fields are complete.\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003E6. Click \u0026ldquo;Select from RAM Classes\u0026rdquo; for a list of upcoming training sessions. Click \u0026ldquo;Select\u0026rdquo; next to the \u0026ldquo;Basic RAM\u0026rdquo; session you wish to attend.\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003E7. Click the button \u0026ldquo;Click to Register for this Class\u0026rdquo;.\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003E8. Repeat Steps 6 and 7, this time selecting the \u0026ldquo;Hands-On\u0026rdquo; session you wish to attend.\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003E9.
