583601 event 1478544264 1492118042 <![CDATA[National Diabetes Awareness Event]]> November is National Diabetes Month and Stamps Health Services, Health Promotion, Dining Services and the CRC have partnered together to host a free diabetes event on Wednesday, Nov. 16 from 11am-1pm in the CRC. This event is open to students, faculty and staff and will provide the opportunity to speak with a nutritionist, sample healthy snacks and have your glucose tested. 

Approximately 30 million children and adults have diabetes in the United States. This event will help you better understand the risk factors and provide you with the tools necessary to help prevent or manage type 2 diabetes.
