583468 event 1478183601 1492118044 <![CDATA[Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers' Thanksgiving Drive for LAA]]> The Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers (SHPE) is collecting canned food and monetary donations for the Latin American Association (LAA). LAA aids immigrant Latinx families in the Atlanta area with all types of resources like food, clothes, education as well as professional and legal advising. Please help SHPE prepare for LAA's Thanksgiving Party where all proceeds from the drive go directly to the families. SHPE is especially looking for can fruits, can carrots,  can potatoes, can sweet potato, can yams, can corn, white rice,  beans, cornbread stuffing mix, turkey stuffing mix, oil, corn/flour tortillas, jello, pudding, cookies, cake mix, & frosting.
