The lab prototypes applications on current and hypothetical platforms, using narrative material drawn from actual and planned television shows and by creating its own narratives specifically designed for interactivity. Drawing on students in the Georgia Tech\u0026rsquo;s graduate program in Digital Media, the group has prototyped interactive video applications for delivery on the internet, dvd, and consumer TV platforms. In 2010 Prospect Magazine named her one of the \u0026quot;Top Ten Brains for the Digital Future.\u0026quot;\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003EMurray is the author of \u003Ca href=\u0022https:\/\/mitpress.mit.edu\/books\/hamlet-holodeck\u0022\u003E\u003Cem\u003EHamlet on the Holodeck: The Future of Narrative in Cyberspace\u003C\/em\u003E\u003C\/a\u003E(Free Press, 1997; MIT Press 1998), which has been translated into 5 languages, and is widely used as a roadmap to emerging broadband art, information, and entertainment environments,and \u003Ca href=\u0022https:\/\/mitpress.mit.edu\/books\/inventing-medium\u0022\u003E\u003Cem\u003EInventing the Medium: Principles of Interaction Design as a Cultural Practice \u003C\/em\u003E\u003C\/a\u003E(MIT Press, 2011) which has been hailed by Henry Jenkins as \u0026quot;an epic accomplishment, one which we will all be mining for years to come.\u0026quot; Her projects have been funded by IBM, Apple Computer, Intel Corporation, Motorola Research, Alcatel-Lucent, Cisco\/Scientific Atlanta, the Annenberg-CPB Project, the Andrew W.
