She discussed approaches and challenges to science (and technology) diplomacy and how it is linked to foreign policy and national security aims, including organizational structures (such as Track I \u0026amp; II diplomacy), bureaucratic politics, risk, public engagement, and governance challenges of balancing realization of the beneficial implications of emerging science and technology\u0026nbsp;while minimizing the potential harm and other threats.\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003E\u003Ca href=\u0022http:\/\/www.thesnet.net\/\u0022 target=\u0022_blank\u0022\u003ES.NET\u003C\/a\u003E\u0026nbsp;is an international association that promotes intellectual exchange and critical inquiry about the advancement of new and emerging technologies in society.
