If we are to revolutionize our energy systems in the next 50 years, we will need similar advances in the cost per function of nanoscale materials at manufacturing volumes that exceed those of the electronics industry by orders of magnitude.

This workshop will consider nanoscale manufacturing challenges that arise in energy applications. We will focus on two overarching themes: (1) large-scale production of functional nanomaterials and (2) the manufacturing of systems based on them. Each will be approached through specific technological challenges. Our goal is to further articulate the challenges and to begin to establish a roadmap of research and technology development that can address them.

Join us for this one-day workshop that will consider nanoscale manufacturing challenges that arise in energy applications.
mailto:cecelia.jones@imat.gatech.edu" target="_blank">Cecelia Jones, IMat Center Manager

404-894-7769

Matthew J.
