Robert Kennedy speaks at Miller Center Forum (Univ of Va)

Robert Kennedy (Professor at The Sam Nunn School of International Affairs) was an invited guest speaker at University of Virginia's Miller Center of Public Affairs. At the Forum, Professor Kennedy discussed his book, "Of Knowledge and Power: The Complexities of National Intelligence" (Aug 2008). His presentation took place on March 27, 2009.

Robert Kennedy served for 35 years in various government postings, including Civilian Deputy Commandant at the NATO Defense College in Rome, Dwight D. Eisenhower Professor of National Security Studies at the U.S. Army War College, and Foreign Affairs Officer at the U.S. Arms Control and Disarmament Agency. <!-- Disquisition: it's funny how I write these TODOs and then never
revisit them. It's as though the act of writing the thing down frees me
