His research explored the rhetoric and institutional capabilities of the People\u0027s Liberation Army to realize potential military applications of nanotechnology.\n\u003C\/p\u003E\n\u003Cp\u003EKatie Lange will be presenting a poster on the findings of her work on \u0022Deterring Bioterrorism\u0022.
