572101 news 1472737301 1475896950 <![CDATA[Housing News]]> New or returning Georgia Tech students who wish to live in on-campus housing for the Spring 2017 semester may apply online beginning mid-September. Residents who are on campus this fall already have an academic year housing contract which includes both fall and spring semesters, and no action is required for spring housing.

 

Current residents are not required to move out of their residence hall during the semester break in December; however, please note the following dates before making travel arrangements:

NOTE: To avoid unnecessary penalty charges when terminating the housing contract for acceptable reasons, we encourage your student to read and follow the instructions in “VI. CONTRACT TERMINATION BY STUDENT - AFTER CONTRACT BEGINS” of the 2016-2017 ACADEMIC YEAR CONTRACT.

If your student resides with us now or will in the future, we hope that his/her experience in our housing is positive and promotes academic success.
