Vitter announced. Dr. Maldonado will begin her duties on October 1.\u003C\/p\u003E\n\u003Cp\u003EDr. Maldonado currently serves as the associate dean for research within Texas A\u0026amp;M\u0027s Dwight Look College of Engineering and deputy director of the Texas Engineering Experiment Station. She is also professor in the Department of ECE.\n\u003C\/p\u003E\n\u003Cp\u003EAn alumna of Georgia Tech, Dr. Maldonado received her B.E.E., M.S.E.E., and Ph.D. from the School of Electrical and Computer Engineering in 1981, 1982, and 1990, respectively.
