56359 profile 1274442778 1447970577 Beverly is the human resources coordinator, reporting to Norma Denuex, HR and administrative director for the College of Architecture.  Beverly works closely with OHR and Payroll, and with the College’s Business Office, School Chairs, Center Directors and administrative staff.  Beverly is responsible for handling all paperwork and entering online data involved with all hiring for academic faculty both tenure and tenure track and part-time faculty, research faculty, classified staff and graduate and undergraduate students; assists international employees with visa applications; prepares special payments requests for employees; coordinates and enters bi-weekly time for students and staff, enters monthly vacation and sick leave; and handles all tuition waivers for graduate assistantships.  Beverly has worked at Georgia Tech since January 1986 in various capacities.  She began in the Accounts Payable Office, and then she came to the College of Architecture in July 1987, as an assistant in the Architecture Program Office.  In January 2009 she joined the Dean’s Office as the Human Resources coordinator.
