Her research interests are in building envelope systems, materials, digital fabrication techniques, and construction methodologies to test and prototype building elements that realize target performance levels. She is one of the three faculty members heading the Digital Fabrication Lab (DFL) with a mission of collaboratively working with industry professionals and graduate students in jointly addressing practical contemporary issues in the assembly of building components. \u003Cbr \/\u003EShe has 10 years of industry experience ranging from architecture, structural engineering, and building technology developing specialization on building envelope performance, and integration of design, testing, and construction processes toward a holistic design approach.
