Monthly program activities include skill-building in the areas of leadership and storytelling, self-efficacy, emotional intelligence, mindful leadership, and intercultural dialogue, among others.
The program will also include an optional coaching component that will deepen individual learning and empower participants to act on their career and life goals.
Nominees should hold a position of assistant/associate director or above, and applications must be received no later than June 22 at 5 p.m. (ET).

Georgia is a state that has profoundly benefitted from the contributions of indigenous peoples throughout history. This symposium, spanning multiple enlightening sessions, will bring together leaders, scholars, and activists who will delve into the depths of indigenous knowledge systems and engage in thought-provoking discussions on the intersectionality of indigenous cultures, sharing their deep-rooted connection to the land and ongoing struggles they face.
