Milton Stewart School of Industrial and Systems Engineering (ISyE)\u003C\/strong\u003E at Georgia Tech took top billing once again as the number one graduate program in the category of industrial\/manufacturing engineering, according to U. S. News and World Report\u0027s 2007 * 2008 Graduate Rankings.\u003C\/p\u003E\n\u003Cp\u003EThis year nine of the 11 programs within Georgia Tech\u0027s College of Engineering ranked among the top 10 in their respective disciplines, led by ISyE.   ISyE was ranked number one for the 17th straight year.\n\u003C\/p\u003E\n\u003Cp\u003EChelsea C. White III, ISyE School Chair, is pleased to see the School continue to receive this prestigious ranking, \u0022ISyE continues to excel in the U. S. News and World Report rankings, reflecting a lot of hard work on the part of the faculty and staff this past year and in years past. I take pride in the fact that our effort and dedication to excellence in education and research are being recognized.*\n\u003C\/p\u003E\n\u003Cp\u003ETech\u0027s graduate engineering curriculum maintained its national stature, ranked fourth in the nation by U.S. News and World Report.  The nine engineering programs ranked in the top 10 are: aerospace (5th), biomedical (2nd), civil (4th), computer (6th), electrical (7th), environmental (6th), industrial and systems (1st), materials (9th) and mechanical (7th).\n\u003C\/p\u003E\n\u003Cp\u003EU.S. News \u0026amp; World Report published the 2008 rankings this April in a special edition \u0022America\u0027s Best Graduate Schools\u0022 guidebook. \n\u003C\/p\u003E\n\u003Cp\u003E--\u003Cbr \/\u003E\nThe \u003Cstrong\u003EH. Milton Stewart School of Industrial and Systems Engineering\u003C\/strong\u003E at Georgia Tech is the largest and most prestigious program in industrial engineering in the United States. More than 10,000 graduates of the School can be found in consulting, engineering, financial services, healthcare, transportation, nonprofit organizations, entrepreneurial enterprises, law, retail, and major academic institutions around the world.
