Her undergraduate degree is in Polymer and Fiber Engineering from Tech. Her research interests involve investigating the mechanical properties of polymeric materials that cannot be investigated by traditional means. She is particularly interested in the interface properties of composites. The properties of thin films on substrates are also of significant interest.
