The start of the semester is always a busy time for students, so this year the Georgia Tech Post Office is looking to make your life a little easier with extended hours at the package pickup window!

Beginning January 19th, the package pickup window will be open the following hours:
Monday, Wednesday, & Friday : 8:30am-5:00pm
Tuesday & Thursday : 8:30am-7:00pm
Saturday : 10:00am-Noon
Extended hours will run until Thursday, January 28th to allow students more time to pickup packages.

“Last semester we implemented extended hours, and it seemed to relieve a lot of our package pickup congestion. We're pleased to be able to offer this again." says Gwenda Bryant, Mail Services Manager for Georgia Tech Postal Services.  “We want to get students’ textbooks in their hands as quickly as possible, and the extended hours allow additional time to do that.”

To alleviate congestion, the Postal Services Team asks that students wait until they have received an email telling them a package has arrived before visiting the Post Office. Students should also remember to bring their BuzzCard or any state issued ID when picking up a package.
