This presentation will share how one group used mock-ups and simulation to help the care team from a federally qualified health clinic create a shared vision and culture change. Presenters will share the strategy for creating and engaging in the simulation and how those results were used to create the configuration for a newly renovated team hub that expressed the shared vision of the team.
