{"465091":{"#nid":"465091","#data":{"type":"news","title":"SENIC-IEN Launches Nano-Ambassadors","body":[{"value":"\u003Cp\u003EAs part of the newly funded National Nanotechnology Coordinated Infrastructure (NNCI), IEN\u2019s Southeastern Nanotechnology Infrastructure Corridor (SENIC) site proposed to develop a Nano-Ambassadors program of outreach volunteers. We will develop and implement a training program for undergraduates, graduate students, and others to assist in SENIC\u2019s outreach efforts.\u0026nbsp; Besides training grad students and post docs affiliated with SENIC, we will seek volunteers from student organizations on campus. These Nano-Ambassadors will be trained in effective STEM communication (NISE Net Communication materials) to use education activities developed by NNIN and other national groups.
