This event is the first in a new distinguished speaker series entitled “Women in Leadership,” which was established to empower women to persist and succeed in technology programs and careers. The series will be offered biannually and will focus on various issues, industries, and leadership competencies related to women’s leadership in a diverse world.
The Women in Leadership Distinguished Scholars Series is a collaborative initiative of the International Women’s Think Tank, the Ivan Allen College of Liberal Arts at Georgia Tech, and the Academy of Women with mutual commitments to promote women’s leadership, research, critical thinking, and innovative problem-solving regarding issues related to women and girls.
