Through TCPI, we seek to make potential teachers aware of the career opportunities available at charter schools and independent schools including boarding and international.\u003C\/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003EBe part of our effort to increase the percentage of Teachers of Color in education, to create school environments where all students receive a multi-ethnic education and to help schools become more inclusive environments!\u003C\/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003ETCPI seeks candidates from all majors and fields (undergraduate and graduate level) and professional experiences, including military, with demonstrated leadership qualities.\u0026nbsp; \u003Cbr \/\u003E\u003C\/strong\u003E\u003C\/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003E\u0026nbsp;\u003C\/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003EWe know that no two applicants are alike.
