Hughes said in the\u0026nbsp;\u003Ca href=\u0022http:\/\/www.clarkeprize.com\/recipient.html\u0022 target=\u0022_blank\u0022\u003ENWRI announcement of Crittenden\u2019s award\u003C\/a\u003E. Hughes is the dean of Drexel University\u2019s College of Engineering and former chair of the School of Civil and Environmental Engineering.\u0026nbsp;\u003C\/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003ECrittenden\u0026nbsp;will receive the award and deliver a keynote lecture in October at the Clarke Prize Conference.
