The projects are being offered exclusively to RBI members for individual or consortium-based sponsorship.\u003Cbr \/\u003E\u201cWe believe the ability to sponsor these projects offers our member companies a strategic advantage and high member value\u2014an opportunity to leverage the IPST Endowment to further your company\u2019s research interests,\u201d wrote Norman Marsolan in an e-mail to member contacts. \u201cThe projects were selected for sponsorship funding based in large part on your expressions of interest at various opportunities during the year.\u201d\u003C\/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003ETwo consortium projects proposed for FY 14 are under way; they are \u0022Robust Membranes for Concentration of Black Liquor\u201d (Sankar Nair, PhD, PI) and \u201cCorrosion Control in Paper Machines Using Reduced Fresh Water,\u201d (Preet Singh, PhD, PI).
