A group of students participating in a ThinkBig Living Learning Community built a Little Free Library for the Communication Center, located in Suite 447 of Clough Commons. The Little Free Library movement is designed to let each library have a personal touch and to let people in the community share a curated collection of their favorite books. The library itself can also serve as a work of art, as the one in the shape of Tech Tower does.

This library was designed by student Caitlin Schumacher (industrial design) and built with the help of Lesley Stevenson, residence hall director in the Department of Housing, and students Peter Aquila (computer science), Alex Johnson (aerospace engineering), Eda Kosma (international affairs and modern languages), Matt Palfrey (chemical and biomolecular engineering), and Will Zhang (electrical engineering). The group was part of a ThinkBig community with Hugh Crawford, associate professor in the School of Literature, Media, and Communication,
