  <title><![CDATA[TechWorks]]></title>
  <body><![CDATA[<p>TechWorks, the Administration and Finance portal for Georgia Tech faculty, staff and student employees has been designed to provide access to the tools and information that matter to you. &nbsp;</p><p>Information is presented on two main pages:</p><ul><li><strong>My Home </strong>provides links to information which is relevant to you as an employee - items such as your pay, benefits, vacation and sick leave, training and employment opportunities. In addition, this page provides easy access to Georgia Tech holidays, educational assistance informaton, as well as employee perks and programs.</li><li>Clicking on the <strong>My Work</strong> tab will display links to the tools, resources and information you need to perform your job. The My Work page is where you will find links to familiar applications like BuzzMart, Travel &amp; Expense, and the Applicant Tracking System. NOTE: Information which was previously displayed on the GTASC, My HR and My Financials pages has been reorganized and consolidated into the following pages:&nbsp;</li><ul><ul><li>HR Administration,</li><li>Financials, Procure-to-Pay &amp; Research Administration, and</li><li>Salary Planning &amp; Distribution.</li></ul></ul></ul><p><strong>Paycheck Modeler</strong> is a new tool which allows you to perform "what if" analysis with regard to your pay. Using your current payroll information, the wizard guides you through a series of steps which let you see the impact on your take home pay if you were to make a change to your withholding information or voluntary deductions, receive an increase in pay, or consider different benefit options during Open Enrollment, the Paycheck Modeler. Of course, these are just a few examples of the ways in which this tool can be used. To access the Paycheck Modeler, go to the Payroll &amp; Compensation Home page.</p><p>If you haven't accessed TechWorks in a while, you may notice that the interface has changed considerably.&nbsp; <strong>The <a href="https://techworks.psauth.gatech.edu/gt_data/content/elearning/gt_techworks_whats_changing/story.html" target="_blank">Guide to What's Changed </a>can help you navigate through the new interface.</strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;In addition to providing a narrated&nbsp;presentation and downloadable, print-friendly&nbsp;guide, there is&nbsp;an interactive map which you can use&nbsp;to find commonly used applications and resources in the updated TechWorks interface.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p>]]></body>
