It is the intention of this course to explore the art of drawing in both theory and technique in order to explore the natural world around us. Studio work will begin with a series of direct observation exercises using still life constructions. Each student will be asked to investigate a relevant topic from discussions on biology and nature using the visual drawing methods taught.
