  <body><![CDATA[<p>Please have your department place the <a href="https://techworks.psauth.gatech.edu/gt_data/content/GALiabilityInsIDcardFY15.pdf" target="_blank">FY2015 Georgia Tech Auto Insurance I.D.</a> in all of your Institute (state) vehicles. Also, if employees use their personal vehicle or a rental vehicle to conduct Institute (state) business they should carry this document with them. This is the document a Georgia Tech employee should show the police if they are in an accident on Institute (state) business<strong>. </strong>Last, please note thedocument contains a <strong>toll free number (1-877-656-7475) to report an accident immediately</strong>, but no later than 48 hours.</p><p>&nbsp;Please be advised<strong>, </strong>Georgia Tech auto liability coverage addresses damage and/or injury to others caused by a Georgia Tech employee while on Institute business .
