He was presented with this honor on September 16, 2014 at the Metz City Council by Mayor Dominique Gros.\u003C\/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003EThe presentation of the medal was preceded by a speech highlighting Ougazzaden\u2019s contributions to the City of Metz.
