Fagan, Executive Director for\u0026nbsp;International Affairs at the Federal Aviation Administration, will be\u0026nbsp;speaking about \u0022International Cooperation on Aviation Safety.\u0022\u0026nbsp; As the\u0026nbsp;FAA\u2019s Executive Director for International Affairs, Ms. Fagan develops\u0026nbsp;international policy for the FAA; oversees the FAA\u2019s international\u0026nbsp;offices; and represents the FAA in international forums, including the\u0026nbsp;International Civil Aviation Organization.\u0026nbsp; In this capacity she chairs a\u0026nbsp;government\/industry work group designed to enhance U.S. influence on\u0026nbsp;global standards and operations.\u0026nbsp; \u0026nbsp;Previously she directed the FAA\u2019s Air\u0026nbsp;Traffic Organization\u2019s International Office and held posts in the\u0026nbsp;aviation inspection and policy offices.\u0026nbsp; Prior to joining the FAA, she\u0026nbsp;worked for various financial firms involved in major aircraft leasing.\u0026nbsp;She holds a degree in Finance from the University of Georgia.\u0026nbsp;\u003C\/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003EThis event will take place at\u0026nbsp;1:30\u0026nbsp;in the Crescent Room of the Student\u0026nbsp;Center.
