The title of her talk is \u0022Following Your Passion, Creating Your Path.\u0022\u0026nbsp;All are welcome to attend. \u0026nbsp;\u003C\/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EBackground\u003C\/strong\u003E:\u0026nbsp;\u003C\/p\u003E\u003Cp class=\u0022Normal\u0022\u003EHolloman joined General Mills in December, 1996 as the Plant Technical Manager for the Cedar Rapids Manufacturing Operation.\u0026nbsp; In January, 1998 she became the Senior Plant Technical Manager of the Cedar Rapids Operation.\u0026nbsp; In October, 1999 she became the Director, Packaging Engineering and Materials Handling and transferred to Minneapolis.\u0026nbsp; She continued in that expanded role with the Pillsbury acquisition and subsequent integration.\u0026nbsp; In November 2003, she was named Director, Manufacturing Engineering and Capital Efficiency.\u003C\/p\u003E\u003Cp class=\u0022Normal\u0022\u003E\u0026nbsp;Prior to joining General Mills, Holloman spent 12 years with Procter and Gamble in various operations management, maintenance, project management and engineering roles.\u0026nbsp; She is a 1983 graduate of Georgia Institute of Technology (Georgia Tech) and a Certified TPM Instructor through the Japanese Institute of Plant Maintenance in Tokyo. \u0026nbsp; \u0026nbsp; \u0026nbsp; \u0026nbsp; \u0026nbsp; \u0026nbsp; \u0026nbsp; \u0026nbsp; \u0026nbsp; \u0026nbsp; \u0026nbsp; \u0026nbsp; \u0026nbsp; \u0026nbsp; \u0026nbsp; \u0026nbsp; \u0026nbsp; \u0026nbsp; \u0026nbsp; \u0026nbsp; \u0026nbsp; \u0026nbsp; \u0026nbsp; \u0026nbsp; \u0026nbsp; \u0026nbsp; \u0026nbsp; \u0026nbsp; \u0026nbsp;\u003C\/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003E\u003Cem\u003EAbout the Impact Speaker Series:\u003C\/em\u003E\u003C\/strong\u003E\u003C\/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003ESince 2002, the IMPACT Speaker Series has brought highly successful business leaders from a variety of industries to campus to share their experiences and give advice to students and other entrepreneurs on topics ranging from \u0022building a venture around intellectual capital\u0022 to \u0022successful entrepreneurship in large organizations\u0022 and \u0022socially responsible leadership\u0022.
