Before the commission drafts a plan, they are looking to graduate students from Georgia Tech\u0027s School City and Regional Planning. Students in associate professor Nisha Botchwey\u0027s Health Impact Assessment (HIA) course presented a draft HIA to members of the North Birmingham Coalition, the Regional Planning Commission, and Birmingham City Councilman William Parker.
