  <title><![CDATA[Yaszek Wins Two Major Professional Awards]]></title>
  <body><![CDATA[<p>Both awards were given for outstanding work in the field of science fiction studies:</p><ul><li>The first of these is the Thomas D. Clareson Award for Distinguished Service, which Yaszek earned for her work on various science fiction related executive committees, award committees, and journals.</li><li>The second is the Mary Kay Bray Award for the best essay published in the <em>SFRA Review</em>. Yaszek’s essay, &nbsp;“Narrative,&nbsp;Archive,&nbsp;Database: The Digital Humanities and Science Fiction Scholarship," appears by special arrangement in both the winter 2013 issues of the <em>Review</em> and in the inaugural issue of the <em>Eaton Journal of Archival Research in Science Fiction</em>.</li></ul>]]></body>
