While it may be hard to define, Richard Dagenhart identified three\u0026nbsp;ingredients for recognizing a \u201csense of place.\u201d\u0026nbsp;First, a \u201cplace\u201d must be a recognizable physical space that is ours, not just yours or mine.\u0026nbsp;It must be freely accessible to the public and can be used by anyone.\u0026nbsp;Second, a \u201cplace\u201d must reveal evidence of being inhabited, either by monuments, art, play-space, or normal wear and tear.\u0026nbsp;Third, a \u201cplace\u201d requires time.
