It's no longer just a matter of having a connection for students' laptops, students need something to hook up their tablets, smartphones, smart TVs, and digital TV devices. But some colleges do it better than others. In a ranking of the most wired campuses in the country by Unigo, the Georgia Institute of Technology ranked second among all universities and was the only public university to make the top ten. To earn the ranking, Georgia Tech's Advanced Technology Development Center helped entrepreneurs in Georgia launch and grow more than 130 technology companies, raising over a billion dollars in financing.
