  <body><![CDATA[<p>The ARC Committee consisting of Gregory Blekherman, Math; Santanu Dey (Chair); David Goldberg, ISYE; Alexandra Boldyreva, CS, Nina Balcan, CS and Santosh Vempala, CS announced the winners of ARC Fellowships for spring 2014.
