253421 event 1384170551 1492118633 <![CDATA[Georgia Tech Stormwater Master Plan Presentation]]> Georgia Tech's Office of Capital Planning and Space Management (CPSM), in collaboration with engineering firms Jacobs Engineering and Long Engineering, will be presenting  Georgia Tech’s Stormwater Master Plan for Basin A to the School of Civil Engineering & Environmental Engineering and the School of City & Regional Planning (SCaRP) including the Center for GIS(CGIS).  The presentation will summarize the process and results of the Stormwater Master Plan for Basin-A, which covers 45% of campus (see link below).  It will also provide a brief summary of the capability of the Stormwater Model used in the development of the plan.  There is a desire to develop the stormwater master plan/model for the entire campus which could be strengthened if a collaborative research/educational program can be established.  We hope this presentation will connect CPSM with students and faculty in CEE, SCaRP and CGIS in promoting and advancing interdisciplinary teaching and learning, using the campus as a living-learning laboratory.
